The Seasonal Rental Terms and Conditions below (summarised in English) apply to any stay booked directly with La Maison de Lüe. They are also available and accepted at the time of booking on reserver.lamaisondelue.fr.

For any booking made more than 7 days before arrival, a 10% deposit is required; the balance may then be paid in one or more instalments up to 7 days before arrival, at which point it becomes fully due. For any booking made 7 days or less before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Payment is made by card via a secure link (Stripe).
In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances preventing the property from being made available, the owner will refund the full amount paid. Under Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the tenant does not have a right of withdrawal.
The maximum capacity is 10 guests (adults and children), plus up to 2 babies. Pets are accepted up to a limit of 2 per stay, declared at the time of booking, for a supplement of €50 per pet per stay.
A €1,000 security deposit is requested before arrival as a bank pre-authorisation (no charge), automatically released within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found.
A mandatory cleaning fee applies at the end of the stay, the amount of which is stated in the specific terms of each booking. The applicable tourist tax is specified at the time of booking, in accordance with current regulations.
Parties, events and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited, as is the presence of undeclared guests. The tenant is responsible for the behaviour of all occupants during the stay.

When you use our contact or booking form, we collect the following data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, stay dates and number of guests.
This information is used exclusively to process your booking request and communicate with you about your stay. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and manage the customer relationship, in accordance with legal and accounting obligations.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@lamaisondelue.fr.
On your first visit, a banner lets you choose freely: accept all, reject all, or manage your choice by category. No non-essential technology is loaded before your choice. You can change your decision at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of each page.
Your choice is kept for about 13 months, after which you will be asked again, in accordance with CNIL (French data protection authority) recommendations.
